Youth Program Ambassador & Assistant Secretary

​Alicia Fleitchman is the youngest board member dedicated to G.W.B.S. Acquiring her BA in Psychology. She has fostered a passion for learning more about others and seeks to better help serve the community. Through 5 years of work for Bricks 4 Kidz Jamaica as an assistant and teacher, she has grown an interest in STEAM that she was not exposed to as a child. She has also become aware of how little girls gravitate to these programs today and strongly believes that through charitable work and the creation of opportunities girls will gain an interest in STEAM-related fields in the future.
